The client approached us with an idea to create a Real Estate app named Agile Space, aiming to resolve issues in the traditional real estate methods that posed challenges with intermediaries and increased costs due to commissions. The Agile Space app would directly address these issues, providing users with a transparent and efficient platform. Through categorized property listings, advanced filtering options, and detailed property information with images, Agile Space transforms the real estate experience into a user-centric, direct marketplace. The app further facilitates communication between buyers and sellers with in-app chat and call features, establishing a secure and direct channel for negotiations.

To bring this concept to life, we engaged in multiple meetings with the Agile Space team. We collaborated on designing an aesthetically pleasing interface and refined their requirements. Our process involved conducting competitor analysis to identify key features for inclusion in the app. Subsequently, we initiated the development of the mobile app. 

For the App we use React Native, Typescript, Node Js, MySQL, and the app is deployed on AWS and for the technical aspects of the webapp we opted for NextJs, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Nest JS,
and the database MongoDB.
