Business Developer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Requirements:

• Identify and bid on Web Development, Web Designing, and App Development projects on Upwork.
• Communicating with International clients, through Zoom calls, locking up design projects, and achieving your sales target.
• Communicate with International clients to understand their project requirements, and provide them with project estimates and timelines.
• Proven track record of winning web development projects on Upwork.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess a solid grasp of technical knowledge.
• Must commit to a sales target based on experience and Upwork profile.
• Solid experience with bidding platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new bidding strategies.
• Continually track and assess results to spot areas for improvement.
• Work on all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, proposal creation, sales pitch, and closing.
• Ensure that interactions with current clients are successful and contribute to the company’s growth.
