UI/UX Designer

Experience: 6 Months -1 Year

Requirements

• Conduct user research and create personas to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Work in collaboration with project managers and developers to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct usability tests, then revise designs in response to the results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• A strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
